I purchased my 2023 S5 Convertible April 26, 2023. They use a third party to handle licensing and as of June 9, 2023 I still don’t have my tags. Amazing is the only word that comes to mind. He was referred to me by the service department, which shows his rapport with the dealership. From the time I arrived (with my challenging situation) Christian made me feel comfortable, welcome and at ease with my purchase. He was personable and very knowledgeable. Christian made me feel as if I was the only person in the building as he multitasked with other customers (he is a busy guy!!) The entire dealership (finance department as well!!) was very welcoming and went above and beyond to take care of me. THANK YOU!!!! I Highly recommend Audi Marietta. More
