I have bought my share of cars in my lifetime and I have had VERY few (ok, just one) smooth experiences where I felt valued and that my time was not wasted. Now I can say I've had 2. Scott Rismiller answered a question I posted online and it was all positive from there. I WANTED to buy a car, but I didn't EXPECT to buy one that day. Scott was on point with answering my HUNDREDS of questions and never seemed frustrated or short with his answers. I went from car to car and he was right there with me the entire time.
