Worst experience ever in buying a new car Issue 1 Had asked the sales person directly when test driving the car. "Can I remotely start the car?" The answer was no but you can still power Issue 1 Had asked the sales person directly when test driving the car. "Can I remotely start the car?" The answer was no but you can still power on the ac/hear through the app which was good enough for me. Turns out this was not correct and now I am stuck with a car without a feature that was critical to me as I do not have covered parking. (It was the main reason I did not buy another Mercedes where the feature worked inconsistently). The sales person later told me they confused the functionality with that of a different car. Issue 2 I was asked to sign documents two additional times after purchasing the car. This made me feel like i was being ripped off in someway. The company seemed big enough that they should have been able to pull of a transaction the first time without any hassle. I almost never review anything but this time I wished there was an option for zero stars. Totally ruined what should have been a positive experience. More
