It was my least favorite luxury dealership experience including other audi experiences, lexus and bmw. Of the 5 people I spoke with, only 2 were particularly polite. Everyone else was rushed, preoccupied and greeted me poorly. Rude really. David, who checked me in was polite and thorough in his explanation. When I got the call that my car was ready, I came back to the dealership to an unwashed and unvacuumed car. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the car to get cleaned. Sloppy job. Wouldn't come back here, I'll try another audi dealership. More
