Then 200 miles later the "low-oil" message came up on the display. Luckily I had the correct VW/Audi.507 Tdi oil for this vehicle. Have been waiting for the vehicle registration to show up, so finally called florida DMV and they told me its in Palm Beach County! How it got there only this dealership knows. now we're out on the road with expired temp. plates! Nice........ Salesman Ed was great! and like us, he didn't know about missing key until after the sale either. This was a vehicle prep. & service dept. failure issue. More

10,000 Mile Check-up & Oil Change I arrived at 8:00 am for an 8:30 appointment. I was greeted right away and sent inside. My estimated time given was 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Before I know it I'm eating an apple and a cinnamon danish with a great cup of coffee. I get on my computer to get caught up on my emails. 1 hour and 45 minutes goes by and I'm driving away in my squeaky clean Audi. Thanks team Audi !! More

Great service center Service experience was very good. Took two cars on the same day However, back in May I took my car for a recall and was told I needed brakes. Howev Service experience was very good. Took two cars on the same day However, back in May I took my car for a recall and was told I needed brakes. However, thought I would wait for the general service one month later. To my surprise, the service which was very detailed and covered brake inspection, did not mention anything about needing brakes. Yesterday, I took it in for a software update and mentioned about the brakes but was NOT given a plausible explanation of the need for a brake service or why it was missed during the equivalent of a 35K mile checkup (car had less than 25K). After I mentioned it yesterday, I saw a recommendation for brakes. Really puzzled. More
