First service-10,000 miles From the lady answering the service center phone, to my service advisor Kyle, to the guys outside who take your car and bring it back when it’s done, From the lady answering the service center phone, to my service advisor Kyle, to the guys outside who take your car and bring it back when it’s done, everybody was so polite and helpful. They’re very quick to get you in and out and back on your way and the loaner cars they provide are extremely helpful for making the whole process completely painless. No sitting in a waiting area for hours! I already loved my A4, but the courteous service they provide makes me love Audi entirely. I’ll definitely be taking my car to this Marietta location for every service. More
