Q5 tire shredded w wife & newborn while driving in a local street which made no sense &no one can tell me why. The level of service is not anywhere near other luxury brands I’ve had in the past. Poor follow up. I’ve asked for estimates on items outside of the scheduled maintenance and the staff never gets back to brands I’ve had in the past. Poor follow up.
