I brought my car in to fix a problem that had existed since I picked up the car brand new from the dealer. What was supposed to be a one hour fix turned in to two days. I'm fine with that, I get unexpe since I picked up the car brand new from the dealer. What was supposed to be a one hour fix turned in to two days. I'm fine with that, I get unexpected things happen. Communication was not great. For example a promise to provide an update by Noon happened at 5pm. Calling to speak to someone requires waiting on hold for 20 minutes. I'll go here again, it's a convenient location, the people are friendly, and the work done is of good quality. Improved communication would go a long way on the experience. More
