Audi Meadowlands service center has exemplary customer service. From the valet, service check in, parts dept. 5 stars. I went to have a roof rack attached and someone had vandalized my car(vomited all ove service. From the valet, service check in, parts dept. 5 stars. Staff was Unprofessional Before I got there, we asked if could work with the price. On the phone, Manuel said yes he could help us when we got there. When we got there the front desk workers were having their own conversations and did not acknowledge that we were there. I guess the AC was broken so it was very hot, no one came up and said if we wanted water. The customer service was bad. There was scratches and damages on the car and we have the pictures to prove. He said nothing is wrong with the car, the owner had it for five months so it is brand new. The guy who works in finance said don't worry about the $500 which used in my wife's card which was to hold the car. He asked if they took out the money, my wife said no. He said don't worry they won't take out the money. Couple of days the finance called to retrieve the $500 and wife explain saying they weren't taking anymore. The guy said no you have to pay. She asked to talk to the manager. The manager said no, you have to pay. He said nobody forced you to buy the car, you should have just left without buying the car. I know in heart they were trying to discriminate us. Will never recommend this place to anyone. This car was a lease when return, I don't understand why there were so many damages and scratches if the previous owner only had it for five months. More
