Replacement Key Purchase Called dealership a few weeks ago and spoke with someone who gave me wrong hours for service center. Regardless, I ultimately got to service desk and Called dealership a few weeks ago and spoke with someone who gave me wrong hours for service center. Regardless, I ultimately got to service desk and ordered a replacement ignition key for a bit over $200.00. Was unpleasantly surprised when I picked up the key a few days later that I know needed to schedule a service date to get key programmed. I assumed the key would already be programmed. My dismay could have been avoided if service desk simply said "BTW, you know you still have to schedule a service to get key programmed you know?". It would have made for a better overall experience. More

Absolutely a bunch of scammers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. SPECIALLY A GUY BY THE NAME OF RONALD RANGEL. This man was full of lies from the moment I spoke to him. After I put a deposit down on the vehicle... he went ghost. He assured everything was going to plan and that they would have my car registered and everything within a week. After 3 weeks go by... he calls me up stating “The car has some front frame work damage and im afraid i cant sell you the car.” a day later i see the same car posted online again... these guys are a joke. Specially him. So now... I currently have a open loan with wells fargo for a vehicle that was never in my possession. So... to RECAP they opened a loan in my name and had me wait close to month before telling me that they couldn’t sell me the car. WASTE OF MY TIME. Not to mention... how many times they checked my credit. If they dont unwind my loan then I will take legal action. Dont let him or this place string you along. Not worth your time More
