One of the worst experiences I had with this dealership. I was a returning Audi customer and spoke to Aaron, who was highly unprofessional. He gave us a price and then backed out on the price he communicated and when we challenged him, he said “well I didn’t give it to you in writing, so you don’t have anything”. We ended up buying another brand and did not buy Audi because of this one rude guy. Because we didn’t want to deal with this dealership for service later. More

Aaron was able to take me on a test drive in the closing hours of the dealership on Saturday without being upset that I wouldn't be purchasing that very night.. On Monday morning I called Aaron back to ask him a variety of questions about the vehicle which he answered very quickly. Within the same day, I decided I would commit to purchasing the vehicle and Aaron had it ready, clean, and with a full tank of gas for me as soon as I arrived at the dealership later that evening before the dealership closed. To highlight Aaron, he is the type of straight forward guy you want to deal with at a dealership, low pressure, honest, professional, and personable. I'm extremely happy with my preowned Audi Glacier White Metallic s5 I purchased and wont hesitate to send my friends & family to Audi Meadowlands in the future. More

I had been searching for several months, test drove about 7 different cars, spoke with multiple dealers (there are some crooks out there), and ended up buying from Audi Meadowlands. The car was in excellent shape, the sales force extremely helpful and the price was very competitive. From my very first conversation with Laura, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about that particular car, to working out the sale details with Manny Frias, again very helpful. All in all, it was a positive experience. I started out several months ago seeking a 2019 Avalon. I only switched to the Lexus because I couldnt find the right deal with the Avalon. I found this car through one of the web searches, I forget which one. But again, I found the staff very helpful. Their followup after the purchase was a plus. When the plates arrived, they fedexed them to my house. The also priority mailed a plate frame. Same day service. I can recommend Audi Meadowlands, and I dont say that lightly. They are a good group to work with. More
