Constantly went back for the same problems First, let me preface this review by saying my SA, Andrew, is phenomenal. Can't say a bad thing about the kid. Very responsive and professional. Could First, let me preface this review by saying my SA, Andrew, is phenomenal. Can't say a bad thing about the kid. Very responsive and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better SA. Unfortunately, this is where the good experience ends with this dealer. Meadowlands became my service center of choice as it is closest to my home and since my hours at work are brutal, I don't have the time to travel far to drop off the vehicle. Andrew and I became BFF as the vehicle was always in the shop for repairs that were done incorrectly or not done at all (three times to repair a piece of molding that kept falling off. two visits for a side mirror, defective front seats, lights falling out of the headliner, etc...). The last straw was when the car went in for an oil change and then dumped all of its on my garage floor, and the TDI repair made the vehicle nearly useless with transmission issues and abysmal MPGs. All this from a 80K vehicle. I am a very patient person, but the car was in the shop about 20 times. Half the time the initial issues "were not duplicated", but they magically showed up again and then had to be fixed. I wanted to love this Q7, but the piss poor attitude from Audi, North America, and incompetence of the techs at Meadowlands couldn't allow this. Such a miserable ownership experience. More

Also I noticed my settings was changed on my cluster, if you were working my features put it back like you found it, or don’t touch it! That irks me! Thanks More
