The only time that I stepped foot inside of the dealership was to test drive a car and then again to pick it up. This was by far the least complicated and stressful car buying experience. We were able to get the entire deal done online/phone and everything was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership so all there was left was to sign the papers and drive. Michael also spent extra time with me to explain all of the features of the car and gave me tips and tricks about it. Michael and the team here at Meadowlands are amazing!!! More

If I could give Luis Urchina less than -1 star I would. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SALESMAN. Does not know what integrity or being honest means. It's funny because I've sold cars for over a decade. He does not listen to customers instead tries to talk over them to express his dominance. The funniest part about his offer was that he came back with an offer of $700+ payment for a $51K vehicle. I guess he does not know how to add a residual and monthly payment together to see that his offer was well over sticker. Ultimate slimeball. Long story short, he tried to charge well over MSRP for the car and the best explanation was taxes and fees (caught in a lie). I ended up getting the vehicle from another AUDI dealership for $200 less a month in payment. Mind you when he quoted me there was also a $4500 rebate being offered. What a crook. Do not buy from this guy ever. Had he not tried to be rude and talk over me I would have not left a review. But its important to know who your dealing with. More
