I think this service department is professional and knowledgeable. I have never been dissatisfied with the service rendered to my A8L. I have always gotten it back better than it went in. Worst exprience with this dealership, not polite and profictional, they play and try to total loss your car, don't go! The service adviser doesn't do anything for any services while you are there, and profictional, they play and try to total loss your car, don't go! The service adviser doesn't do anything for any services while you are there, and she will ask you to contact wherever they bring your car to dicuss with them, so she isn't advise anything at all because they ask you to sign a paper they can fullt charge your car and getting it repair whereever they want and charge 150 per day for storage if you decieded not repair your car there, but the fact is they don't give you an estimate untill you ask! Really really bad exprience, I went ask for their manager, but even bad exprience ! More
