Although the sales team did a great job in getting the test drive, paperwork, and whole buying experience in less than one hour, the service team took 3 additional hours to get my brand new car ready. Last Friday, We drove 3 hours to Chicagoland to look at vehicles. We went to 2 dealerships prior to arriving at Audi at Morton Grove.
