Luis Alvarado was very helpful in explaining the options of the car, and my tech orientation with Corbin Kidd was superb during pickup. It was an efficient, enjoyable purchase. This dealership thought of everything, and was very accommodating to my needs. In fact, during my purchase visit, Luis went out during a downpour and moved my car so that I wouldn't get soaked! Because of a delayed arrival by me, the tech orientation ran late (after dealership closed for the day) and the people stayed until done without rushing through. My Q5 TDI lease was ending soon and I was just beginning to look at possible next vehicles. After driving the SQ5, I was blown away, but, reluctant to consider spending the extra money for the “SQ”. Luis understood that I was looking to move to a somewhat more exciting vehicle and knew that I wanted to explore a few competitors. He was ultimately able to offer me a deal on the SQ5 that made it almost impossible for me to walk out without committing to the car. I did leave to avoid being so spontaneous, calling him about 30 minutes later to purchase the car. Luis is a true professional and I would strongly recommend him and the dealership.
