I am under impression that most employees at this dealership greet and smile when you come to purchase a vehicle ONLY. I had another “great” experience today. I went to pick up my car today (I purchased this car on April 15th). This car has been in service twice by now. The only service advisers who were nice were Bryan Ullom and Andrew Sanchez The other gentleman didn’t introduce himself or greet neither when I dropped off my car on May 2nd or today when I was waiting for my car. I am assuming he is a service manager. Colin Howe passed by and did not say hi either. On the contrary he turned his head other way. Sooooo, he smiles and greets only when you sign the papers?! Or Asian people do not deserve his greetings?! More
My service consultant, Drew Malaise, is the best person I have ever worked with in a service department. When we hit a major roadblock, he found a solution that was very satisfactory to the dealership and m have ever worked with in a service department. We have owned Audis since 2004, and currently own 2 A6s . Took our 2005 A6 to Naples Audi for 40K checkup. During the next 3 days. Our “service consultant”John Thompson, stated that car was complete.We subse Took our 2005 A6 to Naples Audi for 40K checkup. During the next 3 days. Our “service consultant”John Thompson, stated that car was complete.We subsequently made a 4 hr round trip only to find out that our car was not finished. Bottom line: 3 (4 hr) to the tune of $6100+. Information from “service consultant” was minimal, incorrect and required multiple inquiries. Poorest Audi dealer we have ever dealt with. Will not use this dealership AGAIN. More
Exceptional service and stand behind their vehicles. I had a failure with the instrument cluster panel behind the steering wheel of my Q5 at 30,000 miles. I was told it was a very odd failure by Tony Cardinale my service advisor. I paid Audi Naples to replace the cluster in April. In May, I was contacted by Tony that Audi wanted to fully reimburse me for the repair! An amazing outcome and they have always provided great service every time. I plan to be a long time customer. Chasing resolution for 6 weeks! I signed an agreement for tire protection upon entering my lease in October '23.
