Very pleased with my experience. None of the stereotype "high pressure" salesman routine. Had one trip for minor warranty work. The work was fine but communcation from the service dept. had room for improvement (I had to keep calling for updates). Personally I've always preferred GM cars as a rule but this car was mainly for my wife's use and she has a fondness for VW. Our finances were limited which limited our choice of cars but we're quite happy with our Jetta. More

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at Volkswagon Audi of Naples! We don't live in Naples and were a little hesitant about working with a dealership 4 hours away but from the moment we Volkswagon Audi of Naples! We don't live in Naples and were a little hesitant about working with a dealership 4 hours away but from the moment we called them regarding a new vehicle the process went so smoothly. Troy Head was quick to communicate with us on all aspects of the process and answer our questions. When we picked the car up his explanation of how every part of the vehicle works was very clearly explained and made me comfortable in our new car.
