My wife and I had visited Audi of Naples and saw a used vehicle that we were interested in, left the dealership and returned home. This is a very nice feature if you have questions and are not in the Naples area or may not have time to go to the dealership. All questions were answered promptly. After "chatting" with the dealership they ask if we would like to have the car brought to us at our home! We accepted, Rex Manchester brought the car to us, answered more questions, plus we took a test drive. Rex is friendly and knowledgeable on the Audi product line as he was able to give the specs. and features of the vehicle. The time Rex spent with us was over 90 minutes, at our home. A few days later a deal was made. As is stated on their website "We never claim to be the lowest, but we do claim to be the BEST at a price that the market determines as fair!" This seems to be a fair statement in our transaction. Everyone we had contact with was courteous and eager to satisfy. More
I was looking for a Blue Sepang Audi RS5, whch was a very difficult car to find. My dealer, in Springfield, MO, was not able to find one due to political reasons, which was understandable once explained. Th difficult car to find. The dealership that I first encountered would not work with me in regards to methods of payment or trade in; they actually requested me to take time from my busy schedule and drive 10 hrs to sign paperwork and even negotiate payment and then drive another additional 10 hrs at some other point to just pick up the car. I then ran into this dealership where they made everything incredibly easy. They understood my busy schedule and, in fact, also worked with the fact that I was gone for a week at an important conference. We did most of the negotiation over the phone as well as the finance application. The final paperwork as FedEx'd to the conference center and signed, of which they paid for both ways. They paid for shipping of one vehcile and in a manner that would make me feel at ease. They evaluated my car via an iphone video of my trade in and offered a good value. I am now expecting my car sometime next week and I am excited. My experience with this dealership was top notch and would definately recommend Audi of Naples to anyone, and, in fact, I may be a return customer despite being located in Springfield, MO. I was driving from the Fort Myers area to Miami when my oil light came on in the car. I've never owned an Audi before (but absolutely love my S5!) so I wasn't sure how far I could drive it. I was close to Naples so I looked up the dealership and swung by. It was the lunch hour but they took my car in right away, added a 1/2 quart of oil, offered to wash the car (which I declined because I had an appointment in Miami) and got me on my way in no time. It was the only dealership that didn't try to force false numbers down my throat or constantly tweak the numbers just to make a sale. Luxon was a very professional salesman that went out of his way to let me test drive cars that fit my needs in all price ranges. He made time for my busy schedule and made sure to show me all the features and give honest comparisons between the vehicles. I found the negotiation process straightforward and honest on their part. When a deal was struck, the sale transaction was smooth involving other employees of the dealership working effectively as part of the team. As I write this review, David is assisting with the out of state transport of the car. The attention to details and the personal service I received and continue to get has been short of phenomenal. I have no hesitation in recommending Audi,Naples to my relatives and friends. More
