I don't buy cars very often. I kept the one I replaced today for 28 years. So when i saw a car online that looked better than any other i had been looking for since November I immediately called Audi Napl today for 28 years. So when i saw a car online that looked better than any other i had been looking for since November I immediately called Audi Naples. Juanpi went far out of his way to treat me as someone who knew what he wanted and knew what he was looking at. He showed me the car before it was really ready and allowed me to drive it around the service lot. I knew immediately that I wanted it and Juanpi made it happen. He brought it to my house so that we could make sure my wife could get in easily then returned two days later to close the sale, providing all of the paperwork and keys as well as helping me to find an insurance agent. The entire process was smooth and professional. Thank you Juanpi and thank you Audi Naples for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. More
