We recently purchased a pre-owned Audi A5 and our experience at North Scottsdale could not have been better. After months of scouring used car web sites as well as doing the research at places like experience at North Scottsdale could not have been better. After months of scouring used car web sites as well as doing the research at places like Edmunds and KBB, we had a pretty good idea what cars were selling for locally and across the nation. So, when I say that the certified A5 we purchased at Audi North Scottsdale car was priced more than fairly, you can trust I know what I’m talking about. But the real story here is the customer service. Our sales representative, Bill Jacobs, was just great. Initially, we had our eye on a TT but we were a bit skeptical that the ride would be smooth enough to take on long car trips. We voiced these concerns and were offered an extended test drive. Just like that! Well, the TT didn’t work for us the (firm seats and stiff suspension took a toll) but we came away knowing that this dealership was not just about making a sale, it was trying to make sure it put us in the right car. It should also be mentioned that there was absolutely NO PRESSURE PUT ON US DURING THIS PROCESS. No strong sales pitch, no non-stop talk about how unbelievably great the car was; none of that. Bill and the rest of the staff were courteous and helpful and never resorted to the high-pressure, “What can I do to sell you this car today?” tactics that can make the car buying experience so very annoying (even at other luxury dealerships). I never write reviews, good or bad on any website… but my recent purchase at Audi North Scottsdale has compelled me to do so. Hopefully this does not come off as too contrived or cheesy, I just really feel t recent purchase at Audi North Scottsdale has compelled me to do so. Hopefully this does not come off as too contrived or cheesy, I just really feel the need to write about how exceptional this dealership is. I visited this dealership in early May. The whole approach to car shopping was different than my previous purchases. I was allowed to look around their lot without any pressure from anyone. I walked inside and was introduced to Nancy. I provided a description of what I was looking for in an A6. She asked some questions - asked me if I wanted to drive a version that I had not driven previously. She thoroughly explained the technology that was in the A6 and provided insight into how the car can be customized to the driver. Nancy was conscious of my time and after the test drive we proceeded to do most of our additional discussions over the phone. It was the easiest, most stress free car purchase I have ever made. I picked up the car on a Sunday and noticed a small scratch on the bumper and fender that I had not noticed before. In previous purchases from other car dealers, this usually is an issue they are not willing to resolve. It becomes a “customer had driven it off the lot” type of argument and it was not the dealerships fault. This was not the case with Audi. Nancy told me they would take of things to my satisfaction. Audi did exactly that. Jon McBride, my service advisor, listened to my concerns and helped resolve all of them. He (and Nancy as well) seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the car. There were other individuals that helped answer all of my questions and concerns (Robert, Sean..probably others I am forgetting), as well. The GM Mark Reicks also displayed this same attitude of genuinely wanting me to be completely satisfied with my new purchase. I cannot say enough about this dealership, or how I was treated. If you are in the Market for an Audi – make the trip to Audi North Scottsdale. As I told Jon when my car was ready… “This is my first Audi, but it won’t be my last”. More
Ann andI have thought slightly about purchasing another Audi for our Colorado home. We have had 3 going back to 1992, now 4. Our plan was to wait a couple of years and give our 2002 A6 to our daughter and Audi for our Colorado home. We have had 3 going back to 1992, now 4. Our plan was to wait a couple of years and give our 2002 A6 to our daughter and son in law for use by our granddaughter. Driving up Scottsdale Road, I decided to stop in and just look around at preowned A4s. We usually keep a car for at least 10 years and put on lots of miles so no need for a new car. Brad, you made the situation so easier by finding a couple of cars that fit our requirements. Now, it probably would have been easier to wait until we got back to Colorado and then purchase a car and not have to worry about getting it up there. After being in sales for 30 yrs myself, you know exactly how to read your customers. No hassle and just the facts from someone that I trust and we had a new car. As always just great to work with you and I hope you have a great "Hawaii 50". Best of luck and keep up the good work. We purchased an Audi A7 from this dealership and our delivery experience was very positive. Unfortunately after two weeks we had a mechanical issue that was going to encounter a long delay for parts fro delivery experience was very positive. Unfortunately after two weeks we had a mechanical issue that was going to encounter a long delay for parts from Germany. This came in the middle of a relocation for us. Rather than ask us to deal with this as best we could Mark Reicks the General Manager exchanged a new A7 for our first A7 purchase. This was offered without a tantrum on my part just as a commitment to excellent customer service. If you want to be treated like an adult during the purchase process and like a valued customer after purchase I recommend you scoot over to Audi of North Scottsdale at your first opportunity. Both Bill Jacobs and Dave Silver are excellent sales porfessionals. More
This Audi A6 is my sixth Audi. The professionalism displayed by all of the people who work and represent Audi North Scottsdale is unparalleled. They are all courteous, helpful and efficient in their displayed by all of the people who work and represent Audi North Scottsdale is unparalleled. They are all courteous, helpful and efficient in their roles. They are also genuinely nice people who care about their customers and understand their needs. They go out of their way to make sure that your car is programmed for you personally and that the owner is educated as to the technology that is available. The Audi brand speaks for itself regarding superior quality, style and technology. This coupled with a dealership that has first class people makes it an easy decision to continue buying an Audi and doing so at this dealership. The service experience is just as wonderful as the buying experience. My next car will likely be another Audi. More

It's not everyday that you meet someone as great as Jason in a service department. I know that fixing cars is stressful, but there are some service writers that share the stress with the customer and t Jason in a service department. I know that fixing cars is stressful, but there are some service writers that share the stress with the customer and then there are people like Jason that own the stress for you. I have been bringing my cars to him for years. He has never once been rude or short with me. He is always respectful. He gets things done fast and I have never heard him provide excuses. If everyone was as good as Jason the world would be a much better place to live in. Thank you for you help over the last ten years. More

However, after I had decided on an Audi there was some confusion about pricing and applicab and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. However, after I had decided on an Audi there was some confusion about pricing and applicable discounts that resulted in an uncompetitive sale price. The general manager eventually stepped in and resolved these issues, but by that time I had purchased the vehicle from a different Audi dealer. More
