Bad experiences can certainly be an anomaly that results from timing and circumstances out of the norm, in other words anyone can make a bad decision from time to time. Mark Reicks and his team jumped through hoops to correct this situation and as a result we purchased another Audi with more to come. You really know what a business is made of when mistakes happen and extraordinary efforts are made to correct them. I love these guys!! Thank you! (Old Review) I purchased 3 Audi's from this dealership (A4, A6 & Q7). All three experiences were the same, poor service and a general tone of condescension. Acting like someone was doing me a favor. The only reason we continued to support this dealership was their close proximity to our residence. We visited once again to assist our daughter on the purchase of her new Audi A4. We were met once again with the same arrogance. When she asked them if they could match the Peoria, AZ Audi Dealerships deal of zero down and $399/mo + tax on a $35k 2012 Audi A4 their response was this deal doesn't really exist. When we pulled it up on the website on Sean's computer he said he would check with his sales manager and returned with many derogatory statements indicating that this was impossible and the Peoria dealer was falsely advertising and misrepresenting the deal. Further stating that when we got to the other dealership we would quickly learn that there will be hidden fees on top of their advertised deal. Guess what? They were 100% wrong! We went straight away to the Peoria Audi dealership and worked with their new car salesman, Joe Leavitt and his internet salesman, Steve. Their deal was exactly as advertised, no strings attached. Was a very pleasant experience. We plan on writing a letter to Audi Corporate as well as the local Scottsdale Audi Dealership's management. I am really unclear how this dealership has maintained good ratings as we have had 4 bad experiences in a row now with North Scottsdale Audi. More

We met Brad a few months ago when I began the process, at that time I told him that we were beginning our search and that we were not likely to buy any time soon. This approach normally cools off a sales person (as it did to just about every other dealer we visited) however Brad showed no signs that it mattered to him. Brad has given us many hours of his time since that first meeting despite the fact we have yet to buy a vehicle from him. Brad is very knowledgeable and has never pressured us. This point is very important to my wife and me and has caused us to steer away from two other dealerships in Scottsdale. He has shown us quite a few Audis and although I had not thought of purchasing one before, they are definitely on the list now. I would have no qualms recommending Brad and the Audi dealership in North Scottsdale to any of my friends. . More

Brian McCauley was both very friendly and very patient with me. I was impressed by his knowledge of the cars and his non-pushy sales approach. From the beginning of the negotiating process to the end, these three represented Audi North Scottsdale and Penske extremely well and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend dealing with Audi North Scottsdale, and in particular, Dennis, Debby, and Bill, if you're interested in purchasing or leasing a Audi here in Arizona. They're a first class dealership with first class associates. It is a pleasure doing business with the three of you! More

This is my fourth Audi; I bought the last three at this dealership. Bradley Burnham was the salesman who assisted me with getting into such an incredible car. He was professional and courteous throughout the sales process. He has a great sense of humor and was very very very knowledgeable about Audi products. He was very patient with me and let me test drive 3 different vehicles. He also gave me great advice. I am exceptionally happy with him and will continue to use him as my point of contact in future transactions at Audi! More

Initially I contacted Brian McCauley at the dealership to discuss a program 2010 Audi A8L that they had on the lot with very low mileage. Rather than making me wait Brian immediately turned me over to one of his 'partners-in-arms' Brad Burnham. I felt this was a very kind gesture as that is not typical in most car dealerships. I was there to trade my new BMW X6 as my wife and I recently acquired a new pooch and realized quickly that the BMW would not accommodate his size. He was 9 weeks and 28lbs. when we got him 2 months ago and now is over 60 lbs. and growing like a weed. He's an Irish Wolfhound and his name is Chauncey Gardiner. Thus the reason for the L model of the A8. Back to the story ... Brad turned out to be one of the best, and most knowledgeable sales persons I have ever met in my 40 years of purchasing automobiles. NO PRESSURE - NO RUSH - FLAT OUT A GOOD GUY! Well needless to say after reviewing the 2010 I then asked to explore the 2011. DONE DEAL. The car was everything that Brad had told me and so much more. I picked up the car yesterday and can't express how much I am impressed with both Brad and the dealership. One last note ... it seemed that Brad and I had much more in common than automobiles ... our love of music. We chatted for quite some time comparing notes and before we knew it we invited each other to a concert last night to see one of my long time favorites .. Dr. John (The Night Tripper). The concert was a blast and Brad and my wife Laurie really hit it off as well. In summation I can't express how thoroughly I am impress with Brad and the dealership ... BTW: I love the car too!!! In fact, on 2 occasions, Brad has gone above and beyond by driving the car I was purchasing to Las Vegas to make my trip home shorter. Not only is this something that most salesmen wouldn't do, Brad offered the favor to meet me with enthusiasm! This level of customer service is almost unheard these days. I definitely recommend buying from Audi North Scottsdale and working with Brad Burnham. They are simply the best! More
