I was actually very impressed during my first visit to Audi Ontario. Ralph Perez was the guy who helped me get my 20,000 mi service. I have been trying to get my money back from a warranty cancellation since 11/2023. Several unanswered called to finance and we went to see Dean Vetricek at Audi Ontario on 12/11/2023. He advised us to ema cancellation since 11/2023. Several unanswered called to finance and we went to see Dean Vetricek at Audi Ontario on 12/11/2023. He advised us to email him a copy of the DMV transfer and he would process it. I emailed it to him within 44mins of our conversation. I haven't heard anything since. I have called several more times and emailed him on 01/09/2024. Still no respond on the receipt of my original email. At this point your finance manager is ghosting me and other visit to the dealership is warranted. More
