Horrible experience buying a used vehicle here. I thought purchasing from a reputable dealer was a smart move - wrong! Bought the car and it was MISSING equipment. They would assume no responsibility after saying that they "would make it right". Mike Anchondo, one of the sales managers, LIED to me stating that there was no one above him to take my complaint to when, in fact, the General Sales Manager and General Manager are both people he reports to. The finance manager, in order to get his commision selling an extended warranty, stated the car was not under factory warranty any longer - UNTRUE!! Audi Ontario, I know your reputation is valuable, as is my hard earned money - if you would like to contest what I am here describing, you have my number. More

The service provided by Raymundo was amazing, I was purchasing a vehicle from this dealership but I lived 300 miles away.
