Audi Orange Park - Service Center

I called to schedule an oil change for our 2018 Audi A5. I was transferred to the service department and assisted by David. David was courteous, professional and efficient. Once arriving David greeted me, a I was transferred to the service department and assisted by David. David was courteous, professional and efficient. Once arriving David greeted me, advised my of my approximate service wait and explained what service would be provided and costs associated. He offered to provide me with a loaner vehicle if needed. He provided me with updates as my service progressed. Our gas door wasn't working, and after checking it out it was determined it would require some parts which were not available. David advise me he could order the parts and have them tomorrow so he scheduled me to come back. He advised he would call me tomorrow morning after making sure the parts were in so I would not waste my time making an unnecessary trip. The service was completed, our car cleaned and ready to go. This this is our first Audi- we did not buy the car from Audi of Orange Park-we purchased the car on-line from a dealer in Clearwater Florida. The purchase was less than pleasurable due to several dropped xxxxx by the dealer. We had our first service completed by Audi of Orange Park and this is our second. We have been very pleases both times. David's interaction required a few extra steps and we are really pleased with the service he has provided. Please make sure David is recognized and provided with positive feedback for providing excellent service to your customers.
