Orange Park Audi is simply the best! The customer service, sales department, and service center have not only been professional, helpful, and supportive; they’ve actually gone beyond my expectations service, sales department, and service center have not only been professional, helpful, and supportive; they’ve actually gone beyond my expectations by listening (actually LISTENING) and understanding any issues or circumstances that I have encountered during my visits and BONUS, they want to help. Inevitably, we will all have some sort of an issue during the life of owning a car. I generally dread the moment of taking a car in to correct some issue. Will I be taken advantage of in some way? Will they listen? Will they care more about up-selling me on something I don’t need more than giving me a reasonable price on what I DO need? At Audi of Orange Park, you will never have to worry about any of those things. I’ve been so happy with the service I have received and when an issue did come up, they handled it, not only to my satisfaction but went above and beyond my expectations! Todd Baker in the service Department is awesome! Can’t say enough about his professionalism and willingness to help. Ken Stewart (General Manager) is also available to advise with experience and a great attitude to make your experience the best it can be. This is NOT a luxury car dealership. This is our third A7, but previous service was from a high quality dealership in Minneapolis. This dealership is the worst we have ever experienced. Employees avoid customer contact. Second time we brought the car in for an oil change. FOUR HOURS! After an apology from the first 4 hour appt, where it was explained that was not normal, we had the same experience again! Empty apologies all around at the end. If you expect to have a high quality experience when you buy your luxury car, avoid this dealership! More
I brought my car in for a high pitched squeal. Was told it was the alternator and belt which would cost $1500 to repair. Paid, picked up my car and the same noise started when I pulled out. Two days later it was the breather valve/PCV. David told me that Todd Baker and Glen Haley (the 2 service managers) were going to waive the additional cost of $200 for the inconvenience and that we were even. Thought that sounded shady- called Audi in Sanford and was told that the PCV/ breather valve was covered by an extended warranty and that I should not be charged anything. Essentially Audi Orange Park advisor David and managers Todd Baker and Glen Haley thought I should pay for the alternator and belt that I didn’t even need - that they replaced In error due to a misdiagnosis. Met w/ Todd when I picked up my car and was floored when he said he knew the part was covered under warranty and he would refund my $1500 for the alternator and belt “If I thought that was the right thing to do.” Bottom line- you can not trust this service department or their managers. I definitely believe they tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman and they thought I wouldn’t know any better. If this is the way Hanania does business- I will never buy another car from them. Ladies- please steer clear. More
