Our car was in the dealer for about 1.5 months without a loaner and with very little communications. Thanks John for making it worth it to stay with Audi Palo Alto. More
A staff forgot to order the part , which made me pay an unnecessary, extra visit. The third time I visited there, the repair process was fast and smooth, which is the only reason I still give a 3 star. The labor rate was a lot higher than other places. Well, if they could do it quick and right at the first time, I might be satisfied. However, paying 3 visits and 125 for a 30 minute repair? Not so much. In addition, I don’t like that the staff said that he’s gonna buy me breakfast for the wait, asked me not to have breakfast beforehand, but actually didn’t remember to do so on the day. More

However, the sales was not very knowledgeable at items such as Audi Connect, nor was he able to point me to the righty person to resolve the issue. The highlight of this dealership is definitely the receptionist, who was professional, friendly, and knows exactly who to call to resolve the customer’s issues. (She was the one who resolved my Audi Connect problem by calling the right guy!) More

The dealership advertises on its website a “sale” price on a new S4 and then invites potential customers to request the “latest price,” and — get this — when I requested that, I got a price quote from Internet Sales Manager Radi Tamimi that was significantly lower. And Radi offered an even lower price if I were close to making a deal. A few days later, I traveled to Palo Alto, admitted that I was pondering whether to buy a new S4 or buy out my leased Q5. Again, Audi Palo Alto’s Radi offered an even lower price and we shook hands. No scheming. No bait and switch. No mysterious visits to the sales manager. It’s nice to be treated as an adult, with courtesy and respect. More
