Asked multiple times to order a part ( cargo cover) and it was never resolved. Service department rep just did not care, at all. Acted like removing the over charge was a personal favor. Very frustrating. More
High Touch Service I recently brought my 2008 (out of warranty) Audi in for a 105K mile checkup, no other problems other than it was clear the car needed an oil change. I recently brought my 2008 (out of warranty) Audi in for a 105K mile checkup, no other problems other than it was clear the car needed an oil change. Although the price was as high as the car's trade-in value for the combined cost of the (lowest price = $1500+) checkup and the work that was recommended as a result of the checkup (another $900), I was happy with the service. The service manager, Cyrus Surena, was professional, polite, and clearly communicated my options every step of the way. More
