Asked multiple times to order a part ( cargo cover) and it was never resolved. Service department rep just did not care, at all. Acted like removing the over charge was a personal favor. High Touch Service I recently brought my 2008 (out of warranty) Audi in for a 105K mile checkup, no other problems other than it was clear the car needed an oil change. I recently brought my 2008 (out of warranty) Audi in for a 105K mile checkup, no other problems other than it was clear the car needed an oil change. Although the price was as high as the car's trade-in value for the combined cost of the (lowest price = $1500+) checkup and the work that was recommended as a result of the checkup (another $900), I was happy with the service. The service manager, Cyrus Surena, was professional, polite, and clearly communicated my options every step of the way. More

Lack of internet access I expect to be able to get on the internet while waiting for my car to be serviced. At Audi Palo Alto, the wifi was unusable as it was too slow for ev I expect to be able to get on the internet while waiting for my car to be serviced. At Audi Palo Alto, the wifi was unusable as it was too slow for even email, and there is no cell reception. Both are known problems when I talked to the receptionist. Also, I was told it would take two hours for an oil change. I first had to wait outside for 30 minutes to get checked in, even though I had an appointment. Then I was told it would take at least two and a half hours from check in. At least they finished in two hours but it was still a miserable experience. The service advisor though was good. More
