Lack of internet access I expect to be able to get on the internet while waiting for my car to be serviced. At Audi Palo Alto, the wifi was unusable as it was too slow for even email, and there is no cell reception. Both are known problems when I talked to the receptionist. Also, I was told it would take two hours for an oil change. I first had to wait outside for 30 minutes to get checked in, even though I had an appointment. Then I was told it would take at least two and a half hours from check in. At least they finished in two hours but it was still a miserable experience. The service advisor though was good. More
