Service Mgr used text messaging near the end to keep me updated... maybe a bit more frequent would be helpful, but it was all good. More
Great car but advertisement misleading We bought Q8, it was advertised to have 2000 miles. We called and asked the dealer that we want the car. A day before we were going to go pick up the car we got a call that car is ready but it has 5600 miles. We were very disappointed with the new mileage. The excuse was that they always put 2000 for all the service vehicles. I bought the car but was not happy with the way it was advertised. More

Howard didn’t pressure me into anything, explained everything that needed to be done step by step, and got the deal I was after on a car I’ve really been wanting. Audi Palo Alto’s staff looks to have great customer focus outside of just Howard, as people looked like they were having pleasant conversation with the employees and it didn’t look like any of the typical “hounds” you’d see at a dealership. I really enjoyed the experience from the time I walked onto the lot, to the time I left with my new car. More
