45k mile s service Great service. Very friendly staff. Roger was great. The loaner was new and clean. Only thing is that there were some parts in the trunk of the loaner Great service. Those should have been removed from the car before lending to customer. More

Could have gone better. I arrived at the dealership, and although I reserved a loaner car there was not one available. So I had to be uber’d To work. Then, when a car became I arrived at the dealership, and although I reserved a loaner car there was not one available. So I had to be uber’d To work. Then, when a car became available I had to interrupt my work day and be uber’d back to get it. Then, even though I signed up for a recall, the shop did not have the parts and it took 8 days to get my car back. on the positive side, the loaner car I did get was amazing. When I picked up the car, the tech had forgotten to reset the service light. Which took some time. This is the second service in a row at this shop where the tech has forgotten to reset the light ;-(. That being said, In spite of the tech forgetfulness and 8 days, John did a great job of keeping me updated. More
