Good service but some complainta go in resolved. As far as I am concerned it's becoming more common that I report a problem and then I get the response when I go to pick up the car as "could not conf As far as I am concerned it's becoming more common that I report a problem and then I get the response when I go to pick up the car as "could not confirm customer complaints". I reported break noise on slow breaking during heavy traffic and very audible even when the windows are closed. They say it was some dust on break which was cleaned and it should be OK. But the noice persists. It's really an annoying noice when you roll towards a red light. More
