Solid dependable service I recently came in to get a full headlight assembly changed and the service was solid. The estimate accurately set my expectations on cost, and they totally got it done when they said they’d get it done. John is a friendly and honest service advisor. One word of caution though. Audi Palo Alto used to always have loaners available. Nowadays loaners are scarce, but they will hook you up with complementary Uber/Lyft. Keep that in mind when booking your appointment, so that your expectations are set properly. More

Sales OK, service department pretty poor Bought a used Audi there about 18 months ago. The purchase process was fine but the service department needs help. They have never been quick or good about communicating but this most recent visit moved me to post this. Made an appointment two weeks out, made sure to get a loaner. Appeared on the day of my appointment and the service advisor rudely informed me he has no loaners. I told him I made the appointment that far out to specifically make sure I had a loaner. His exact words were "I can't give you what I don't have, bud". He told us we could sit in the lobby and wait for one to be returned, "but that might be an hour, it might be all day". Who would do that? They then called us at the end of the day (this was a Friday) and said it would be ready Monday. He told me "hey, you have our loaner, just get out and enjoy it". I reminded him that despite my work order saying I had a loaner and reciting the loaner late return penalties, no, I did not have one. Spent the weekend without a car. Monday comes and goes, no call, no communication at all. Tuesday about lunch, they call and say it's ready finally. So three business days, five calendar days, with no car, no loaner, no apology, no nothing. AND to top it all off, the car was there for three Audi recalls to be performed. This wasn't even my choice or idea to make this trip in. More
