I called 3 times after which they worked on the car and at 3:00 pm on Friday said there was something off with the motherboard of my dash and it would take 10 days to repair. I said I needed a SUV and would come in to swap my loaner. Go in, voila the dash is fixed. Fishy. Don’t appreciate having to call 3 times to get my car on Friday. More

Customer service from the start I requested information on a car list on a car website and the receptionist followed right up and sent me the information I requested. She also setup I requested information on a car list on a car website and the receptionist followed right up and sent me the information I requested. She also setup an appointment to see the car and identified the person I would be talking to. She followed up the next day. I was met onsite my the Sales manager and every part of the deal and negotiation was done professionally. I would recommend Audi of Palo Alto to anyone. FYI it was a 2.5 hr drive for us but worth the time to get what we wanted. More

Horrible service department They have a horrible system to get service done. I scheduled service requesting a loaner. Once I'm there, no loaner available. There was nothing Roger and supposed service manager, Alfred could do. So I end up leaving in my own car, wasting 1.5 hours out of my day. On my way home I tried talking to Alfred which I could not get a hold of even after leaving several voicemails. Roger finally calls me back on behalf of Alfred and he lies to me saying Alfred is out on a business trip, this is right after Roger pointed out who Alfred was when I was there. I've been going here for service for the past 4 years and never had an issue until I met Roger. More
