His interaction with customers is curt and insincere. He solely manages up. I’m certain it’s a function of how he’s compensated. Unfortunately, no matter who you hire for that role all will manage the compensation package to their own best benefit vs. meeting the spirit of which the package was intended. More

I'm one of the few that really fits in at a dealership because I take a different approach in life. Yes, I try and work a good deal, but I also want the business to make money. If you don't make money. You cannot survive and then we all lose out. Anyway, I got a great deal on a fully loaded 2019 A6 and I'm in love with this vehicle. I cannot thank the Audi team enough for bending over backwards for me to get me the deal I needed to make this purchase happen. We got creative and we all ended up happy. More
Unable to locate the issue in a brand new car Their service wasn’t able to locate the issue my brand new car had. Drove away after 2 days and they weren’t able to find the issue. I ended up taking it to the service department in Stevens Creeks and they found the issue right away. I was disappointed that these guys weren’t able to locate the issue. They are definitely nice people but don’t trust they have the right systems or the right technicians to take care of big technical issues like the one I had. More
