Poor Decisionmaking for Recall Work Had coolant pump work done. Was estimated in 1.25 hours. So waited. At 1.5 hours asked on status. Per Audi-they let a new technician work on car and w Had coolant pump work done. Was estimated in 1.25 hours. So waited. At 1.5 hours asked on status. Per Audi-they let a new technician work on car and would take another 1.25 hours to complete. I said poor decision to have a new technician handle recall work. And the fact I was waiting for car. Ridiculous judgement call. More
