It would be nice if there was less uncertainty about whether a car is available as a loaner. My customer service was excellent. There is someone there to greet you as soon as you pull in. Brendan - my customer service rep- was great! He was efficient and pleasant in checking me in. When I picked up the car, he actually came in on his day off to close out the appointments that were open from his previous work day. He had my car ready and waiting for me so I was able to leave quickly. This is the best appointment I have had over the years, and it is due to Brendan! More
