Updating our warranty I dropped in on the chance I could purchase an extension on the factory warranty for my 2015 Q7. I was greeted by the gals at the reception desk and t I dropped in on the chance I could purchase an extension on the factory warranty for my 2015 Q7. I was greeted by the gals at the reception desk and they were able to seat us with Gino in finance. Gino was able to explain my options quickly and concisely, complete the appropriate paperwork and have us out the door in about half an hour. Happy and with an extended warranty! We enjoyed our experience with Gino and the staff we met there. We are return customers and will return for a new Audi in the future! Cheers More

Starting with scheduling the appointment to getting my A I had a very pleasant experience getting a 35K mile service for my A4 done at Audi Palo Alto. Starting with scheduling the appointment to getting my A4 back in time, the service was excellent. Matt Rost, in particular was exemplary with his attention to detail and scheduling Lyft for pickup and dropoff and calling me to let me know when my A4 was ready. The 35K mile service was done well and it was thoroughly vacuumed and washed. I highly recommend getting your Audi serviced here and with these cordial, fun, and highly professional folks at Audi Palo Alto. More

Air bag recall I needed to get my air bag checked and also wanted my convertible top checked but they didn’t make a note of it and it took 4 days to be able to just I needed to get my air bag checked and also wanted my convertible top checked but they didn’t make a note of it and it took 4 days to be able to just do the air bags and they didn’t even look at the convertible top which is dissapointing because I won’t be able to bring it back until after I go on vacation More

Overall good experience I visited the service center before a road trip for maintenance. There were two recalls so it took longer than I expected due to repairs.
