Go somewhere else for quality service Honestly the worst service experience I’ve ever seen. I bring my car in due to the check engine and oil sensor lights coming on, and they tell me it w Honestly the worst service experience I’ve ever seen. I bring my car in due to the check engine and oil sensor lights coming on, and they tell me it will be ready in two days. Two days later, I haven’t been contacted at all. So I call them around midday, and an associate tells me someone will get back to me within an hour. Three hours go by, so I call again. This time another associate says the same thing, someone will call me within half an hour. A couple more hours go by and nothing. At this point they are closing within the hour so I call back and this time the associate tells me no one from the service department is answering. That night I get an email from a customer service person asking about my experience. I tell her, and ask if someone could please contact me the next morning. Morning comes, she emails me at 9:15am saying someone will get back to me soon. Two hours later I call and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, a non-service associate tells me someone will get back to me within an hour. I am frustrated at this point, and after getting a shrug as to why it is so difficult to get a simple status, I hang up. Finally, ten minutes later they call back to say it’s ready. I go in and ask what they were doing to my car, and it turns out the lights weren’t appearing when they tried to investigate, so they didn’t even do anything for it. It had been ready for a while before then, which was obvious from how many cars were blocking it in the lot. Finally, the “complimentary” car wash obviously is fake. It came back dirtier than I left it, with a bunch of leaves and plant debris inside the car. Please do yourself a favor and go to another Audi dealership for servicing. If this light comes back on, I will most definitely not be returning to this place. More
Overall good experience I visited the service center before a road trip for maintenance. There were two recalls so it took longer than I expected due to repairs. Audi Service Service center was efficient and friendly but would not suggest waiting for your service to be complete. The waiting area does not have cell service and WiFi was extremely slow and lost connection. There was also no location to take/make phone calls. As someone who took the time from being in the office I was hoping to get some work done while waiting it was not an environment to do that. More

JUST DON'T!!!! I brought my A8 in for an A/C recharge. They have a poor telephone service there. So getting my car in for this service took weeks. My car was there f I brought my A8 in for an A/C recharge. They have a poor telephone service there. So getting my car in for this service took weeks. My car was there for 4 months!!! If it wasn't for the loaner car.... I was called after 3 months and told they could not get the part they suspected was the reason the air wasn't getting cold. So I ordered it and delivered it the next day. Was called and told that the part was the wrong part. They had given me the wrong part number. So I found the "correct" part, sent them the photo of the part for confirmation, which they did. So I ordered, had it shipped directly to them. Got a call that this part was also not the part they needed. I asked the dealer if he had the next part number, I was given. Amazingly, he did and was willing to trade for the old part in return if I pay for postage. Which I did... The dealer mailed out the third part to the dealership. It was installed and I was called to pick up my car. After 4 months. I was charged the same as the amount I was quoted. Which would have been okay if I hadn't bought and had shipped (in some cases, overnight) the parts for my car. With a few extra parts I paid for plus shipping. And the dealer that was willing to exchange parts, never received the part the dealership told me they were shipping back. Plus my car was not ready at all when I was told it was. The battery had died and they did not wash it, they couldn't even find it! There was zero gas in the car, as they told me to drive it around for a while to charge the battery. I couldn't even make it the couple of blocks it was too my house. And the car which had fine nappa leather interior in ecru/light cream, was covered in grease and dirt. There was a hole in the floor board. Full hand prints on the dash. There was a misc spring holding something in the engine compartment. And the engine cover was cracked from one side to the other! I was absolutely crushed by the lack of professionalism and the lack of quality work done. The A/C is exactly the same as the day I dropped the car off. Wow! And I didn't get the parts they told me to order that were wrong, returned to me! This is a dealership I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay away from! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO HAVE THEY RUIN YOUR CAR!!!! More
