Another Bad Experience With my prior review I mentioned that I would not come back as I got screwed on being able to buy an Audi care plan last time I came for service. Well With my prior review I mentioned that I would not come back as I got screwed on being able to buy an Audi care plan last time I came for service. Well, there is yet another recall on my Q5 which already cost me two trips last December as they failed to warn me they did not have the part and wasted my time. So this time I come to get the coolant pump finally replaced. When I came to pick up the car I was informed that the head gasket is leaking after only 31K miles. I cannot believe that a more than $50K car blew up a gasket after only $31K miles. I have had cars go for more than 200K miles with not a hint of an engine problem. I would have expected Audi Palo Alto where I bought this car to step up to the plate on this one but I was just told to deal with Audi USA. I have had multiple calls with Audi USA and from what I could gather both Audi Palo Alto and Audi USA are passing the hot potato and are leaving me stranded. I have been receiving like most 5 owners these letters from lawyers that specialize in lemon laws and are trying to get more customers. I regret having thrown away most of them but I am starting to Google to find them. More

Overpriced, and not performing maintenance in proper way Initially I was very pleased with a service being made. However, later on I figured out few major issues (which may not be caused by a manager who hel Initially I was very pleased with a service being made. However, later on I figured out few major issues (which may not be caused by a manager who helped me): - Service is overpriced. I was quoted $1100 for transmission service which was done in another dealer for $560. For steering wheel replacement I was quoted for $4000 while another Audi dealer charged $2200. I understand it is Palo Alto, but there should be a reasonable price difference, not x2, right? - I had 35K service performed on 34200 miles. Part of that service was supposed to be refill of AdBlue so I could drive easily till next service. However, at 38K miles I got a warning light to refill it - and had to spend my time to service car again. I'm disappointed with that. - I ordered few missing parts and they were supposed to be arrived next week. I had not received notification about arrival, had not received response to my question to a manager, my voice message to parts department was left without attention. Maybe I haven't pushed hard enough, but I received better service at Toyota... Again, disappointed with it. More

Drew helped us through the whole process (which took 2 months for us) and was fantastic to work with. He kept us up-to-date on inventory changes and promotions, was knowledgeable and not even a bit pushy. The whole experience was like night and day specifically compared to what we were used to at other dealerships. We highly recommend the dealership and specifically working with Drew. More
My car was ready at the time that it’s was promised I’m given a 5 stars because my car was only supposed to scheduled for 20K maintenance but turned out that there are a few recalls that needed as well. But Ahres Yasin was making sure that my car will have all the recalls and maintenance done at a timely manner(which was done the same day) due to he understand that it’s might be inconvenience for me to come back for another service if he can do so. Which my car was ready as he had promised:-) More
