Not a good experience Went there to service my Audi A4. I had an appointment for 10am and I reached 10 mins earlier but there was nobody to receive. I just saw a bunch of p Went there to service my Audi A4. I had an appointment for 10am and I reached 10 mins earlier but there was nobody to receive. I just saw a bunch of people standing inside. I went inside to enquire and was asked to wait by my car, which I and others did for about 15 mins after which someone came and addressed. Staff was friendly but I felt they are short staffed and also got to know they had some system problems going on. I felt they were trying to hurry up ringing people up so I wasn’t asked anything about the car. What stood out was, I was told there are no loaner cars available, only once he had started typing stuff into the computer. So this is probably after 30-40 mins of being at the dealership. They did find a Lyft ride for me. For coming back, they asked me my address for a pickup. I work in a huge campus and my office is on an internal road so I couldn’t give an exact address. I had to hitch a ride from someone. The car was supposed to be cleaned but there was still a lot of residue of tree sap on the hood of the car which speaks about the mediocre job in cleaning. My previous experience was with Stevens Creek, and they were pretty efficient and even let me chose the loaner car! I wouldn’t be coming back nor would I recommend this dealership. More

Great Service I continue to use John Su because he is absolutely friendly, professional and trustworthy as a service consultant. Provided a thorough explanation of the work order of my wife’s car and expedited the maintenance service. The dealership/service departments always runs out of loaners by 9am so try to get your cars in earlier. Luckily, John got me a Lyft to work and back to AoPA. I hope they will increase the number of loaners soon. More
