Even the last time that I brought it in and specifically requested that service and fully expected to pay for it. My car was in for most of a week and sat for a couple of days waiting for a part. I didn’t get charged for it, but I also didn’t have time to bring it up and stay to have it done. More
Worst service I ever done with I brought my vehicle in for maintenance service and they found the engine light was on so they ran diagnostic on it causing $200. After that I was told that it was caused by the broke of air oil separators. I paid $1200 to get it replaced and picked up my car the other day. One day after I picked up my car, the engine light was on AGAIN, and they came up with a different reason this time. Matt said that it should only take one to two hours of work but I still didn’t get a call back after I dropped off my car 3 days ago. What’s worst, Matt didn’t pick up the phone at all every time I called and no call back at all even though I left him voice mail. Calling service department got hang up directly without anyone answering. Totally disappointed! More

Poor communication I dropped off at 7:30 because my car had 3 check engine and get support now messages. I asked about a loaner and they did not have any, that is fine I dropped off at 7:30 because my car had 3 check engine and get support now messages. I asked about a loaner and they did not have any, that is fine but I said the following day I would need one. I called and texted 4 times with now response until 5:50 and was told they did not even look at my car yet. I was asked if I want a loaner but by that time I had already made arrangements. It’s ok to be busy but there is no excuse for lack of follow up and basic communication. I am leasing now and this will make me less likely to chose Audi next time! More
