Worry free service center I've been going here for over 3 years and all I do is drop off my car, grab a loaner (another Audi), and when my car is ready, drop off loaner, and pi I've been going here for over 3 years and all I do is drop off my car, grab a loaner (another Audi), and when my car is ready, drop off loaner, and pick up my car. The whole process is seamless and I have no issues with any of the maintenance done on my car. More

Attempted warranty repair I booked a life-threatening recall repair appointment and was made to wait over half an hour after I arrived only to be told they don't have the parts I booked a life-threatening recall repair appointment and was made to wait over half an hour after I arrived only to be told they don't have the parts. I am now being tortured with survey request after survey request. This is after having to return 4 times last year to get a warranty service done correctly on my car's seat. Worst service department I have ever experienced. More

Courteous, personable & flexible. I couldn’t make it to the dealership with 8 hours to return the loaner and they didn’t charge me extra.
