Fantastic customer service Had an issue with the engine, and Audi previously provided extended warranty for the powertrain as part of a lawsuit settlement. The dealership worked with Audi to ensure I was covered, and then did the work. Ended up getting a check engine light again after the work was complete, and they worked tirelessly to figure out the problem. Turned out one of teh replacement parts (crank seal) was defective and had to be replaced again. The entire time, I was in a nice loaner while they worked on the car (in fact I had a different loaner, but its tire blew and they swapped it out for me no problem). More

they don't care after sell you a car I have purchased a car from Audi Palo Alto about 8 mounts ago and I paid cash for my purchase, even though I paid cash they have done hard check on my I have purchased a car from Audi Palo Alto about 8 mounts ago and I paid cash for my purchase, even though I paid cash they have done hard check on my credit bureau and this mark will remain 3 years in my credit bureau. Because I want to have highest possible credit score in my credit bureau I asked them to sending a letter to credit bureau they will remove that. It has been over 6 mount I am dealing with this people via email and phone no result they are keep running me around, I have left messages for so many people they told me to talk to no one returned my call except on guy Gino responded to my email every ones in a while, and he asked me to send a letter and requesting so many information which I did but no result at all. This is frustrating to deal with them. It seems like no one care after they sell you a car. Everyone be careful buying any car from this dealership. More
