Service was done within the time frame I got the appointment late because the loner car was not available. The representative I spoke to confirmed that date when the loner would be availabl I got the appointment late because the loner car was not available. The representative I spoke to confirmed that date when the loner would be available and I booked it for thay day. Still did not get it as it was unavailable. Had to visit the center couple of times to get the loner as the service was going to take more that a day. Some of the issues listed were also not done. More

Very good for service but need to learn from competition Brought our Audi Q5 in for new tires. Had estimate done for body work, and we decided to have it done at the same time because we thought it would be Brought our Audi Q5 in for new tires. Had estimate done for body work, and we decided to have it done at the same time because we thought it would be more convenient. Actually not. We had to turn in our loaner car while the body work was being done and rent a car from Hertz, at some inconvenience and expense to us. Sergio was terrific but could not persuade management to let us keep our loaner. In contrast when I had service and body work done on our BMW at a nearby dealer, we kept the loaner car the entire time in what was a seamless experience of one-stop shopping. Audi Palo Alto can learn from the competition. More
