We had to turn in our loaner car while the body work was being done and rent a car from Hertz, at some inconvenience and expense to us. Sergio was terrific but could not persuade management to let us keep our loaner. In contrast when I had service and body work done on our BMW at a nearby dealer, we kept the loaner car the entire time in what was a seamless experience of one-stop shopping. Audi Palo Alto can learn from the competition. More

Wonderful Experience My wife and I drove down from Sebastopol, (88 miles) to look at a Certified-Used 2018 SQ5. Radi helped us on the phone for a few days before we could My wife and I drove down from Sebastopol, (88 miles) to look at a Certified-Used 2018 SQ5. Radi helped us on the phone for a few days before we could make the trip. When we arrived the car was parked in front, and was ready to go. We really liked the car, and we were ready to make the deal with Radi, and we saw a new 2019 SQ5 on the showroom floor, and we knew this was the car for us. A deal was quickly made, Tony Oliva took over, and the way he handled the lease paperwork was helpful, efficient, and painless. Thank you Tony. It then was time to learn about the car. Do Nguyen was superb in showing my wife all about her new car. She was especially impressed the way Do explained the many features on the car, explained how to use them, and was very patient in making sure she was comfortable with her purchase.
