Great price, classy dealership I found a car I wanted online for a great price. I live in Seattle and the car was in Palo Alto California. So naturally when I saw such a low price, I found a car I wanted online for a great price. I live in Seattle and the car was in Palo Alto California. So naturally when I saw such a low price, I was very suspect. I had to make sure the car was perfect before I flew down to look at it. (I had previously flown down to a different dealership to look at another used car, and they weren't truthful in telling me what the state the car was in. So I was apprehensive to try again.) But Audi Palo Alto was great. My salesman, Radi was fantastic. I think I texted or called Radi at least 30 or 40 times. He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. He was very patient and I appreciated that. He even arranged for a driver to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the dealership. Much to my delight, the car was even better than he described. If I had to say anything negative about Audi Palo Alto, it would only be regarding the last step. Where the financing comes in. Don't get me wrong, they were very nice and nothing bad happened, it's just that I had never financed a car before. So all I would ask is that they would be a little more thorough in their explanations. It seemed like everything was rushed, but it was probably because they do this all the time, and it becomes mundane. I plan to keep this car for a very long time, but for sure I would look at Audi Palo Alto again when I choose my next car. Thanks Radi, you're the best! More
