Absolutely the best dealership experience I’ve had. I bought my Audi A4 in Burlingame. Car wasn’t cheap. They treated me like crap not to mention messed up a break installation by misinstalling my back I bought my Audi A4 in Burlingame. Car wasn’t cheap. They treated me like crap not to mention messed up a break installation by misinstalling my back right break to where my caliper was loose for 4 days as I was driving it with my kids in the car. I received WORSE service after that if you can believe it. The service manager that oversaw the mess up on my brakes didn’t even apologize in person. The replaced my breaks and I never heard from them again about it. Audi Palo Alto has been amazing in every way. I will not go to another dealership or mechanic. More

Many hiccups, all resolved in the end. Introduced a problem during service, but didn't detect it. After I reported it, it got fixed within a week. Many back and forths during this time, and wrong diagnosis of issue and when it'll get fixed. Confusion about whether replacement part has arrived caused me to waste days. Thanks for offering Lyft codes, but ended up being late to work a few times, and my family had to suffer hardships. Tried to tell me that problem was a coincidence, which I do not believe one bit. Unfortunately the series of events that transpired while my car was in for service is too lengthy for me to write here. In a nut shell, there was no communication from my service advisor, nor did my service advisor bother to return any phone calls and messages that I left for him regarding the status of my vehicle. I ended up having to go through my sales person in order just to get a callback from the service manager so that I could understand what was happening with my vehicle. What started out as an anticipated three day repair ended up becoming a three week ordeal. More
