Best car buying experience ever! I am proud to say I am a new owner of an Audi Q3 and I owe it all to my amazing experience at Audi Palo Alto. Car buying is stressful and in the past I am proud to say I am a new owner of an Audi Q3 and I owe it all to my amazing experience at Audi Palo Alto. Car buying is stressful and in the past I have not had the best customer service at dealerships. My experience at Audi Palo Alto was the opposite. I was helped by Armi quickly with a specific car I was looking for. Armi was so wonderful, she listened to me and never once pushed me to buy anything or spend more than I was looking to spend. When I found the car I was interested in Armi and Christina worked with me to get the car for me at a price within my budget. They were incredibly accommodating and treated me so well. The entire buying experience was so positive and I left feeling happier than ever. I love my new car and I am so grateful to have had such a positive buying experience. Bad experience in all aspects 1. Service advisor John was extremely rude and refused to talk to further assist. Initially told me that they will finish the job same day, ended up t 1. Did not keep me informed where the car was in the process. Talked very unprofessionally. I tried to call several times and the service extension was never received or would immediately hang up. 2. Tried to overcharge for the part that costs $100 less on every other Audi dealership. They only corrected when I challenged that it’s against state law to charge over MSRP. Made the comment, I am “negotiating”! 3. No courtesy car or ride offered all this while. 4. Highest per hour cost of all dealerships. 5. Manager said that the service advisor is the best they got. If that’s your best I am never coming back. More

He insisted I only leave with a car that had ALL the features I was looking for and not settle for what was on their lot that day. He ordered me the PERFECT model that had everything I was hoping for and more from a nearby sister dealership and it arrived within a day or so. Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous, and kind - from filling out the finance paperwork to learning all the new technology features. It was the full white-glove experience. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

We presented these facts to Palo Alto Audi and they met our expectations. Within a week they located the car, color, options--and offered reasonable pricing compared to MSRP. They were also reasonable on the trade in value of our car. We completed the process all in one day over a three hour period--from arrival, test drive, paper work and driving our new car home. All went well with excellent service. More
