Disappointed - not sure I can trust! Have been going to audi Palo Alto ever since I bought the car. This time it really felt that I was being taken for a ride. Unprofessional service from the service department The service department at Palo Alto is unprofessional with their service: - make assumption about the cause of car issue, and jump to conclusion with The service department at Palo Alto is unprofessional with their service: - make assumption about the cause of car issue, and jump to conclusion without thorough investigation. - not professional communicating with the customer. Different advisors and manager make contradictory statements about the car problem. The communication was poorly and vague, left us feel not trusting their diagnosis. - our car stayed in the service for a month. During which time we never got updates, and we had to chase them down to find our what’s going on with the car service. - they damaged my SQ5 during service: the car started vibrating when driving when we picked it up after service. We didn’t have that problem before the service. They never responded when we report the issue. We had to take the car to a different Audi service location ( Burlingame, CA), and the diagnosis was the road cancelling form disengaged in the left front tire. We were told it typically happen when the car had a major impact on the road during driving, such as hit a big hole. We know it didn’t happen before we took the car to Palo Alto service, but felt it right away when picking up from Plato service, so the only explanation could be something wrong occurred during the service time period at Plato Alto location. Also disturbing was that they didn’t check the car after the service was completed, which should be a routine thing to do. - based on all the experience we had as stated above, we are extremely disappointed with the service at Palo Alto. Ot’s Unrealizable, unfriendly, dry slow response, totally lack of communication, and no management oversight. - such behaviors from a supposed to be prestigious service company are not acceptable, and we do plan to take this to legal action. More
